When added onto your dumpster rental contract, it releases you (the customer) of liability if our property (dumpster) is damaged due to fire, theft, storm, vandalism, graffiti or any other act of God. Offered at only $29.00 with no deductible, this LDW can save you thousands of dollars out of pocket and claims against your insurance.

If the dumpster is damaged due to fire, flood, vandalism, theft, damage, storm or any other act of God, we will release you as the renter of our dumpster of all liability. When a situation occurs, communication with our customer service is required. To file a claim, a police report must be provided within 48 hours of said occurrence. This waiver does not cover mysterious dissapperance or loss or damage due to customer or customers family intentional or neglegent conduct.
